There is something special about welcoming people into your home.

Over the years, I've learned that some of the most memorable moments happen before the meal is served.

That is what inspired The Oak Bluffs Hibiscus Spritzer.
Inspired by the spirit of Oak Bluffs, this refreshing beverage was created for summer afternoons, garden gatherings, porch conversations, and evenings spent with family and friends.
Its vibrant ruby color reflects the beauty of hibiscus. Fresh citrus brings brightness. Mint adds a cooling finish. A touch of sparkle transforms an ordinary beverage into something that feels like a celebration.
But perhaps what I love most about this drink is what it represents.
It represents slowing down.
It represents hospitality.
It represents creating a moment that encourages guests to feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated.
Because true hospitality is rarely found in grand gestures.
More often, it is found in thoughtful details.

As I prepared this feature for House of LaDore, I realized that every guest enjoys gathering differently. For that reason, I decided to create two versions of this signature drink.
The first is The Oak Bluffs Hibiscus Spritzer, a refreshing non-alcoholic recipe perfect for brunches, family gatherings, and summer entertaining.
